The room was super spacious and clean, which made it feel really cozy and relaxing. I loved having a comfy workspace and the in-room coffee maker was a nice touch for those early mornings. The pool and hot tub were highlights too—it was just fun to unwind after a long drive!

Breakfast had some lukewarm items; some might enjoy it, but it wasn't for me.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were immaculate, beds were comfy, and pool/hot tub rocked.

The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired.

This accommodation had a very central setting very close to the beach. I had an excellent experience at Holiday Inn Express Holland. The hotel was clean and ideal, with a lovely room that included a whirlpool tub. Its central location close to the beach made my stay even more enjoyable.

Pleasantly surprised by the very modern, new rooms. Good option for the price when properties closer to the lake are unavailable!

As selected above, everything was very nice at the hotel and I would recommend it to others only if they did not use Booked.net to make their reservations.

That they sold rooms to Booked.net to resell. I will not be using Booked.net again for any hotel. We had a family emergency that came up less than 24 hours before the reservation and after talking with the hotel and Booked.net support we were stuck paying two thirds the total cost of the bill as a penalty if we canceled. Feeling extremely guilty, we went ahead and changed from two nights to one night which we thought was going to cost us half as much, but then learned that they (the Booked.net agreement) is written that the majority of the cost is paid on the first night. Not at all what I expected. We ended up paying slightly over two thirds of the two night cost for one night. I felt that we were severely taken advantage of in that situation. I completely understand rules, contracts and agreements, but this incident was taking it too far. I will not be using the Booked.net service again, regardless the amount of money saved, and will happy to voice my opinion unless Booked.net makes an effort to show that they have any concerns at all about the issue. I will however choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Holland, mi again, and will be happy to pay more money for the stay.

My room was a nice size and newly decorated, had down pillows. It had clean facilities in the bathroom: a shower and hair dryers. service. The location was very central, very close to the beaches, good restaurants, and downtown.

The room was really nice, pretty spacious, and even had a cool whirlpool tub. It had everything I needed 🛀. The staff worked hard and went out of their way to assist me, which I appreciated a lot.

Best--the huge and fabulous indoor/outdoor hot tub. Also, the toilet handle broke on the toilet and in less than 5 minutes there was friendly repair staff at our door. Fixed in less than 5 minutes as well. We stayed three nights.
